Kranji War Memorial where now all of those that perished in conflicts are interred. The cemetery also includes family members that died whilst parents were statoned in Singapore. When the other cemeteries used were closed down and built over, like Pasir Panjang and Ulu Pandan, the remains were exumed and cremated, the ashes scattered in the grounds of Kranji. White marble plaques for those are arranged in the cemetery. A section is also now used as a State Cemetery for the likes of past Presidents of Singapore.
